With an intention to provide primary education to the children and to instil good etiquettes, moral education and alertness, Vivekanand Balmandir was started on 18.06.1982 in a separate class room with financial aid from Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University.

Shri M. Ramappa-Director Telugu Society visited Vivekanand Balmandir and was delighted at the functioning of class.

Vivekanand Balmandir apart from teaching also conducts various activities like sports, drawing competition, fancy dress competition, cultural programmes for all round development of the students.

Vivek Balmandir runs in three batches with not more than twenty five students in a batch which helps in personal monitoring of the students by the teacher.

With an intention to bond children with national integration, all the festivals of India without any discrimination of religion are celebrated.
